Paradise Systems is an authorized Savant dealer and full-service custom integration firm serving the Tampa Bay area. We design and install smart home automation, whole-home audio & video, Lutron lighting control, motorized shades, enterprise networking, and security systems for luxury residential and select commercial clients.

Lead AV / Smart Home Technician
Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to oversee luxury residential installations from start to finish. You will be responsible for rack building, wire management, terminating connections, mounting displays, deploying networks, and commissioning Savant systems.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in custom AV / smart home integration
- Experience with Savant, Control4, Crestron, or similar platforms
- Strong networking fundamentals (VLANs, subnetting, managed switches)
- Lutron lighting and/or motorized shade installation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clean, reliable work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to Have
- Savant or Lutron factory certification
- Low voltage license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with acoustic treatment and home theater calibration
System Designer / Sales Engineer
Full-TimeWe are looking for a System Designer to conceptualize, design, and quote smart home systems for luxury residential clients. You will work closely with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners to create solutions that match their vision and budget.
What We're Looking For
- Experience reading floor plans and architectural construction documents
- Deep understanding of the custom integration / AV industry
- Experience with D-Tools, AutoCAD, or similar design and estimating software
- Strong understanding of Savant, Lutron, and networking technologies
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple active projects
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with Tampa Bay area builders and designers
- CTS or CTS-D certification from AVIXA
- Prior experience in a sales engineering or client-facing design role
Installation Technician (Entry Level)
Full-TimeReady to start your career in smart home technology? We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who want to learn the trade from experienced professionals. You will assist our Lead Technicians on residential installations and gain hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of electronics, networking, or AV concepts
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor (we work in luxury homes)
